These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and distance contracts made through the Pink-Baby website between Ravoro Limited and consumers in the United Kingdom.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law.

2 Applicability

1. These Terms apply to every offer made by Pink-Baby and to every contract concluded between Pink-Baby and the customer via our website.
2. Any deviation from these Terms is only valid if confirmed by us in writing.

3 Our offer and product information

1. We aim to describe products as accurately as possible, including key characteristics, pricing, and availability.
2. Product images are illustrative; colours and materials may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, and product variations.
3. Obvious mistakes or errors (including pricing or typographical errors) are not binding and may lead to cancellation with a full refund.
4. If a product is temporarily unavailable or delivery expectations change, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible.
5. Our website uses an SSL-secured connection (HTTPS) to help protect the transfer of personal and payment data.

4 The contract

1. A contract is formed when you place an order and successfully complete payment, and we confirm the order by email.
2. If we cannot accept your order (for example due to stock issues, payment failure, or suspected fraud), we will inform you and refund any payment received.

5 Prices

1. All prices are shown in GBP (£).
2. Unless stated otherwise, shipping within the United Kingdom is free.
3. Any promotional conditions (such as discounts or limited-time offers) will be shown clearly on the website where applicable.

6 Payment

1. Payment is taken at the time of ordering using the payment methods displayed at checkout.
2. We accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
3. We do not store full card details. Payments are processed through secure, certified payment providers.
4. You must notify us promptly if you believe there is an error in payment details or an unauthorised transaction.

7 Delivery

1. We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
2. Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday).

1. Delivery is made to the address provided at checkout.
2. If delivery is significantly delayed, we will notify you. If delivery cannot be made within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to cancel and receive a refund.

8 Right to cancel

1. Under UK consumer law, you generally have a 14-day right to cancel your order without giving a reason, starting from the day you receive the goods.
2. We extend this period to 30 days after delivery as an additional customer service benefit.
3. During the cancellation/return period, you must handle the product and packaging with reasonable care. You may inspect items as you would in a shop, but you must not wear, wash, or use them beyond what is necessary to check them.

9 Returns procedure & refunds

1. To request a return, email info@pink-baby.com within 30 days of delivery and include your order number and the items you wish to return.
2. We will provide return instructions (and a return label where applicable).
3. Please send the items back within 14 days after you notify us of the return.
4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will refund you within 14 days using the same payment method you used for the order.
5. Refunds include the purchase price and any original standard delivery charges (if applicable). Any upgrade to a premium delivery service (if offered) is not refundable.

10 Return exclusions

The right to cancel/return does not apply (or may be refused) for:

• Underwear and swimwear (except bikini tops) for hygiene reasons;
• Personalised or custom-made items;
• Items that are clearly worn, washed, stained, damaged, or missing original packaging/labels beyond what is needed to inspect them;
• Items with hygiene seals that have been removed (where applicable).

11 Product conformity & warranty

1. Products must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
2. If an item is faulty or not as described, contact us at info@pink-baby.com. Where applicable, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with UK consumer law.

12 Chargebacks, fraud, and non-payment

1. If a payment is declined, fails, or is reversed (including an unfounded chargeback), we may cancel the order or suspend processing.
2. If we suspect fraud or misuse, we may request additional verification, cancel the order, and/or report the matter to relevant authorities where appropriate.

13 Intellectual property

All content on the website (including text, images, logos, and branding) is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, store, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

14 Promotions and discount codes

1. Promotions and discount codes may have limited validity and specific conditions, which will be shown at the time of the promotion.
2. Discount codes cannot be combined unless clearly stated.
3. If you return items from a discounted order, the refund may be adjusted to reflect the promotion terms.
