Ordering & Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
All payments are processed securely via an SSL-encrypted payment gateway and are made in British Pounds (GBP £).

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can cancel or change it free of charge. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible with your order number.
If the order has already shipped, you can return it after delivery in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Dispatch & Shipping

Do you ship outside the UK?

No, we currently only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. Orders from other countries will not be processed.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is free for all orders within the United Kingdom, regardless of order value.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri). Delivery then takes 3–8 business days.
In total, you can expect delivery within 4–11 business days. During busy periods or holidays, delivery may take slightly longer.

Can I track my order?

Yes. As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your parcel until it arrives.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Under UK consumer law, you have a 14-day right to cancel (cooling-off period). We extend this to 30 days after delivery, giving you extra time to decide.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

How do I request a return?

Within 30 days of delivery, email us with your order number and the items you’d like to return or exchange. We’ll provide return instructions.
Please send your return within 14 days of notifying us.

Are there any products I can’t return?

For hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear (except bikini tops) cannot be returned. Personalised or custom-made items are also excluded.
White items can only be returned if they are unworn and unwashed.

Do I have to pay return shipping costs?

No. We will cover return shipping and provide a return label where applicable.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll refund the purchase price (and any original standard shipping costs) within 14 days via the same payment method used for the purchase.
Original shipping costs are not refundable for partial returns.

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page includes a size guide and fitting advice. If you’re between sizes or unsure, contact customer service for personalised help.

Do you have physical stores?

No, Pink-Baby is an online store. Orders can only be placed via our website.
