Returns Policy
At Pink-Baby, we aim for complete satisfaction with your purchase. If your order doesn’t meet expectations, you can return or exchange it free of charge under the conditions below. This policy is aligned with applicable UK consumer law and is tailored to our store, which currently ships only within the United Kingdom.
1 Cooling-off period & return window
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
Pink-Baby extends this cancellation/return period voluntarily to 30 days after delivery. This means you have 30 calendar days to request a return or exchange.
During this period, you must handle the item and packaging with reasonable care. You may inspect the product only as necessary to check its nature, characteristics, and functionality.
2 Exceptions to the return right
For hygiene reasons and due to the nature of certain products, returns are not accepted for:
- Underwear and swimwear (except bikini tops);
- Personalised or made-to-order items;
- White clothing that is clearly worn or stained;
- Items where the seal or packaging is heavily damaged beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.
3 Conditions for returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, including all labels, tags, and accessories.
- Use the original packaging or equivalent protective packaging to prevent damage during shipping.
- Include the return form (if provided) or your order details inside the parcel.
- We only accept returns for items ordered and delivered through our website.
4 Return process
- Request your return within 30 days of delivery by emailing info@Pink-baby.com, including your order number and the item(s) you want to return or exchange.
- We will confirm your request and provide a free return label (digital). Pink-Baby covers the return shipping costs.
- Return the parcel by post to the return address we provide. We do not accept in-store returns (we are online-only).
- Drop off your parcel within 14 days after requesting the return. Keep your proof of postage until your return is processed.
- After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you a confirmation email.
5 Exchanges
Want to exchange an item for a different size or colour? Mention this in your return request.
Once we receive and approve your return, we will ship the replacement item free of charge. Exchanges are available within 30 days after delivery, subject to stock availability.
6 Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will refund the full purchase amount (including any original standard shipping costs) within 14 days via the same payment method used for your order.
- If you return only part of your order, original shipping costs (if any) are not refundable.
- If you chose a more expensive delivery method than standard shipping (if offered), the extra cost is not refundable.
7 Return address
All returns are processed through our returns handling partners. You will receive the correct return address after you register your return by email.
Please always request your return first via email before sending anything back.
8 Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a faulty product or the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@pink-baby.com and include photos of the issue. We will provide an appropriate solution (free replacement or full refund).
9 Additional information
- Delivery area: We currently ship only to addresses within the United Kingdom.
- Free shipping: Shipping is free on all orders unless stated otherwise at checkout.
- Processing & delivery: Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, then delivered in 3–8 business days (estimated total 4–11 business days).
- Currency: All prices, payments, and refunds are processed in GBP (£).
