Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy describes how Pink-Baby (Ravoro Limited) processes and delivers orders. Ravoro Limited is a Hong Kong company and delivers exclusively to customers in the United Kingdom. This document has been prepared in accordance with applicable consumer law and the guidelines of Google Merchant Center.

1 Delivery area and delivery locations

We deliver exclusively to addresses in the United Kingdom. Orders from other countries will not be processed.
Delivery takes place at the home or work address you provide. We do not deliver to PO box addresses or pick-up points.
Shipments are handled via reputable parcel carriers. After dispatch, you will receive an email with a track-and-trace code to follow the shipment.

2 Order time and processing time

Orders placed on business days (Monday–Friday) before 23:00 (UK time) are processed the same day or on the next business day.
Our processing time is 1–3 business days. This is the time needed to prepare your order for shipment.

3 Delivery time and total delivery time

The average delivery time (transport time) is 3–8 business days, depending on the destination and any delays with the carrier.
The total delivery time (processing + shipping) is therefore 4–11 business days.
During public holidays and peak periods (e.g. Black Friday), delivery may take longer. We will inform you in good time if there is a delay.

4 Shipping costs and currency

Pink-Baby does not charge shipping costs; all orders are shipped free of charge. There is no minimum order value.
All prices on our website are shown in GBP (£). Payments are processed in pounds sterling.

5 Order confirmation and dispatch

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email with your order number.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation with the track-and-trace code. Use this code to track your parcel online.
Upon delivery, check whether the order is correct; if there are any issues, contact our customer service within 48 hours.

6 Delivery issues

Not at home: If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the carrier may deliver the parcel to neighbours or redirect it according to the carrier’s delivery process. You will receive updates via track-and-trace.
Delayed or lost shipment: Contact our customer service if the parcel has not been delivered after the maximum delivery time. We will investigate the status with the carrier and provide an appropriate solution.
Damaged parcel: Report any damage to the outer packaging directly to the courier (if possible) and contact us as soon as possible with photos.

7 Responsibility

Pink-Baby remains responsible for the order until it has been delivered to the address provided. After delivery, the risk transfers to the customer.
Please ensure you provide a correct and complete delivery address to prevent delays or returns.
